Sorry to add to the hassle.  [I read web-agents in Discuss; it sounds
like Netscape issues have been keeping you pretty busy lately.  :-)]

Yeah, your explanation makes sense, and installing the "linux 2.0"
version for all the Linux platforms would work just fine.  Creating a
separate subvolume for i386_linux22 at some point might not be a bad
idea, but is far from urgent.
