What were you trying to do?
use local-netscape to bring netscape local
What's wrong:
if it is run from a machine not on MITnet and without tokens
it brings enough stuff local that /usr/athena/bin/netscape
tries to use the local version, but you then get the error:
Netscape 4.61 is unavailable on this Linux workstation.
