Looks like your mimetypes are a little confused. xplay is the audio/*
hander, used if there isn't another better player for that mime type, but
mpg123 should definitely be the handler for mp3s. Do you have local
.mailcap and .mime.types files in your home directory? If you do, try
renaming them to get rid of them, then restarting netscape and seeing what
happens when you play an mp3.
