Both of which have since been done.
Or, more accurately, the global mailcap files have been set to use the
helper and not the plugin for many months; the 'fix-netscape' script, ever
since I expanded it last year, will replace ANY local settings for which
there is a global equivalent with the global value, so I didn't need to
alter that.
