I'm guessing that this problem was due to the native linux
xscreensaver that was accidently installed. It was removed in mid
February, so you shouldn't be having this problem anymore. Please
sumbit another bug report if this happens again.

This bug was fixed a couple of weeks ago int he Athena 8.3.28 patch
release for linux.
I'm going to close your bug report now, but thank you for taking the
