What were you trying to do?
use dvips.
What's wrong:
Whatever file try to dvips, i get the error:
ad.enc: No such file or directory
None, of my tex files require this file. I've been dvips'ing files
for a long time and it stopped working two days ago for no reason.
What should have happened:
dvips should have just worked.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
dvips -o rt.ps rt.dvi
