Here are some comments Christine made that were in other casetracker
logs.

148358> My private workstation is acting strange. The resolution seems
148358> to have been reduced. The machine was unplugged and moved out
148358> of my office for about 2 weeks during renovations. It was not
148358> turned on in the storage location. I moved it back here last
148358> Thursday and everything seemed normal. Thursday night it took
148358> the 8.3 Athena update automatically. Friday morning I
148358> unplugged and moved the workstation a few feet down to the
148358> next desk in the office. I hadn't logged on yet. When I
148358> plugged it back in and logged on to Athena, all my windows are
148358> larger on the screen than normal, as if the resolution is
148358> lower. Any idea what happened and how to fix it?
148358> Sun Ultra 5
148358> 19" color monitor
148358> guru.mit.edu

148376> I just talked to Barry about the problem I reported earlier
148376> with guru. I lost track of his phone #. halt, set-defaults,
148376> and reset did not fix the problem.

If you need any more information, your best bet is probably to send
mail to Christine <orbitee@mit.edu>
