That's a problem with certificate negotiation with the version of
apache-ssl you're using on those servers, it's not Netscape's fault
and began before 4.61 but I don't remember when. I also forget if
this is fixed in a later version of apache-ssl.
The workaround is to go to 'security' and select "Navigator", and
disable SSL v3.
