vegematic took the early update to athena 8.3.8 (sgi), and the
"bind" commands that have long been in my .cshrc.mine now fail to run, with
bind: Command not found.
fyi, the exact commands in my dotfile are
bind backward-delete-word "M-H"
bind backward-delete-word "M-h"
