With prometheus down, when user 'thouis' logged in this morning (on
pixie, a linux machine), I received a copy of the global motd from him
in a zephyr to <message,personal,*>. Discussion with him indicates he
didn't do anything weird, or recently change his dotfiles.
Looking at view_message_by_zephyr.c, I don't see how this
could happen, nor what it has to do with prometheus (which semes to be the
only anomalous factor).
This is therefore just a vague intimation of a bug report which someone
might find useful if they see a recurrance of this in the future.
