What were you trying to do?
Use xmh in the standard way to read mail and sometimes to delete
or refile mail messages
What's wrong:
The following happens only occasionally, with no apparent correlation
with other stuff that's going on on my workstation:
I will have a particular message selected that I have just read, which
shows a '+' to the right of the message number, noting that
it's the selected one. All of a sudden, the screen flickers
ever so slightly, and when I look again, the '+' has gone
away and the message is no longer selected. As a result of
this, if I click on 'move' to move this message into another
folder, nothing happens, since no message is selected. I need to
click on the message again to reselect it before I can move or
delete it.
This is not a fatal flaw, but can be annoying.
What should have happened:
Once a message has been selected, it should stay selected
until I select some other message or move or delete the
selected one.
