Hi!

When RMAIL incorporates mail, it creates a temporary file first, and
then creates an appended RMAIL file, then deletes the temporary file.
If the temporary file is really large, then you can go over quota
while doing this (for example, if you're 4M under quota but the
temporary file is 6M, then it will try to add 6M to your RMAIL file,
which puts you over quota) and it will fail. Failure means that the
temporary file is not removed, and this will keep happening.

I would suspect the file .newmail-po:kim12 in your home directory as
the culprit. Check how large it is by doing a "ls -l" on it.

For future reference, you probably want to contact OLC with problems
like this; a bug report is more for a precise and replicable
description of a problem with a program. If you're not sure if
something qualifies as a bug to be reported, OLC can also help figure
that out.
