I think that's precisely the environment they have refused -- putting it on
AFS. If you mean having it install locally, while it may fit the precise
definition, I suspect someone would object that we are violating the spirit
of the license (i.e., we're installing it on many machines, not a single
machine, even though we actually let each machine install itself).
