netscape problems

Hi,
I sent an email to bug-infoagents a while back, but I have heard nothing,
so now I'm trying a few more addresses.
Two things about running Netscape on Athena:
1. I use Netscape Communicator 4.05 on a private SGI 02 Athena workstation
in building 54. I like Netscape. I use it for web browsing and email. I
have a large address book within Netscape mail. When I open the address
book I always receive the following error on the console window:

How do I remedy this annoying situation?
2. Is there any chance of getting licenses for (a) SoftWindows, so we can
look at Microsoft Word and Excel files on the workstations and (b) an
updated version of RealPlayer.
