OLC SERVER problem report
olcd died at approximately 1:12pm on Feb 4. I asked Rebecca to kick
about 7 minutes later, after it was evident it wasn't coming back on
its own and we were getting server connection errors.
For several minutes beforehand the server appeared to be very sluggish,
taking perhaps twenty seconds or more to respond to any queries (list,
replay, show, status), and then it just completely stopped responding.
I use olcr, so it wasn't emacs' fault :-) but I verified the problem
with several other consultants in N42. The network was up and functional
and matisse was still pingable.
