The problem here was that of all the mail feeds to olc questions
in /etc/aliases on matisse, olc-other pointed to the non-existant
/usr/athena/bin/olcm, while all the other aliases pointed to the correct
/usr/athena/etc/olcm. I fixed the alias and confirmed that the mail
feed works now. Enjoy.
