It's true that the Athena passwd program isn't flag-compatible with
the krb4 kpasswd program. I'd worry about this, but the krb5 kpasswd
program is also not flag-compatible, so in 8.3 the stock answer will
have to be updated again to say "kpasswd $USER/extra". At that point
passwd will be pretty much compatible with the krb5 kpasswd.
