What's wrong:
The menus which are accessed by ctrl-middle and ctrl-left from xterm
completely ignore any color specifications, whether those
specifications are given on the command line or in the .Xresources
file.
This is especially annoying when my entire (color) screen is set up
with one color scheme, and I pull up an xterm window and get a
horribly bright white blob on my screen. Yuch.
