Sounds like leviathan doesn't support passive mode. It's probably
undesirable for the krb5 ftp to enable passive mode by default, and we
might change that (they probably did it to make it work behind some
kinds of firewalls, which isn't a problem here). In the mean time,
issuing the "passive" command before transfers will probably work
around the problem.
