information from talking to Wade:
1. He is looking into changing the from and reply to handling.
2. The email addresses are taken from the data warehouse, which keeps them
all in upper case. Although the mail hubs appear to do the right thing, this
is a potential problem.
3. The "right way" to use case tracker is open for discussion. To avoid
cluttering bugs, I'd suggest using Athena-talk.
