Are we planning to ultimately have CaseTracker send email acks for each
message?
If so, I would like to mention that I once suggested a header that frequent
users could put into their mail to specify no ack (something like X-NOACK).
At the time, it sounded like wade's objection was that it would be a feature
that very few people would ever use. If however other people here would use
it, it might be worth reconsidering.
