These are just things I've noticed from the mail Mike sends out:
* They appear From: bugs@mit.edu and Reply-To: bugs@mit.edu.
This is redundant. Either the reply-to should go away or
(preferrably) the from address should be the person who's
sending the mail. (Or both.)
* Usernames are case-sensitive. Casetracker should normalize
the case of the right side of the mail address but not the
left, if it is going to normalize case at all. If it must
normalize the case of the whole address, it should force to
lowercase, since most MIT usernames are lowercase.
