revised olc-report.pl script doesn't work with specified dates

Hi!
In switching servers, some of the scripts we use were also
changed. olc-report.pl (now located in /var/ops/bin on matisse) is the
one I should use for getting our quarterly report numbers. However,
when I try to specify the start and end dates, it gives:
No files to process!
I've tried a few combinations of dates, to no avail. The -w option
does work okay, but that's not what I need.
Since Bert doesn't actually work here, and since I need this info for
my quarterly report which is due, can someone else please take a look
at it?
