'mwm' manpage problems on Solaris

The manpage for 'mwm' is not windexed; although present, and apparently
in the manpath, 'man mwm' will not find a page. 'man -F mwm' will.
The page also apparently has formatting errors. It contains long
multicolumn tables which end up completely mangled, with different
columns of the table appearing consecutively instead of side-by-side.
Both problems occurred on a Sparc4. To see if it wasn't just *my* Athena
installation that was mangled, I wandered over to a Sparc5 nearby and
logged on there - same problems. An Indy in the neighborhood, however,
found the page properly and it was formatted nicely.
