Where are these supposed to be reported.
After clearing a paper jam on ceres, it restarted, printed a page,
and then said
79 SERVICE (0142)
Trap: 09 Adr: 001B3960
and then refused to respond and needed to be power cycled.
This isn't the first time this sort of things has happened; it should
definitely be investigated (like having someone ask hp).
