When you receive mail and zephyr mail notification is enabled on your
mail server, it sends a simple message to mail, pop, sepherke. You
probably have your zephyr client configured to run a program called
zmailnotify, which connects to the server and sends a more detailed
message to mail, popret, sepherke. The manual page for zmailnotify
explains this in more detail.
