Terminal logout doesn't rid one of zephyr subs

Something I just tested out: if you log into an 8.1 workstation
remotely, run zwgc -ttymode (without backgrounding or anything), and
then log out, you keep your subs until they time out. You don't seem
to keep your location, though. Same applies to the dialups. (I
haven't tested it on SGIs.)
