It doesn't exist centrally somewhere in AFS land; it lives in the
operating system. We don't modify the terminfo database which comes
from Sun or SGI, and doing so would be a maintenance hassle.
So the problem is that host explorer is using a default which is
incompatible with (at least) Solaris 2.5.1.
