While I certainly don't speak for ops, I think we don't want to have
users sending to -i consult. In the past, we (olc) have told users to
ask an olc question and a consultant would deal with it (via -i
consult). Given that consultants have recently been given klpc access
to cluster printers, there is no need for users to bother ops staff to
deal with these little problems.
