No; if the user is not available to remove them, you should ask
somebody with the requisite privileges: subscribe to the "consult"
Zephyr instance (type
zctl sub message consult \*
at the Athena prompt) and then send a request to that instance by running
zwrite -i consult
and entering an appropriate message.
