This seems reasonable to me, at the resolution of this discussion, and
assuming no one else does, and I remember, etc. I'll submit a patch
to source-reviers.

I've already committed a patch that corrects this in /.cshrc.

df is preceeded by a version in /usr/bin and install in
/usr/athena/bin.

Unless people convince me there is a better spot in the path for it,
I'll probably move /usr/ucb all the way to the end of the path, since
the only change that could be considered negative is shutdown, and
this change will be more consistant with root's path, so I don't think
it is a bad change.
