Hello Vincent,
I have looked into your problem report and found that, due to a bug in
one of our local Tecplot startup scripts, command-line parameters were not
being passed on to cnvtec, which was essentially making this utility
unusable. This has been fixed and it now should be fully functional.
We apologize for the problems this may have caused you.
I also checked with Amtec tech support and they say that you had
contacted them about this. If you have any future problems, please
contact the local MIT maintainers first, via sendbug, as under terms
of our license end-users are not supposed to contact the comapny
directly (unless you have a separate Tecplot license of your own).
They also informed me that changes between cnvtec release 7.0c and 7.0h are
minor, so we are inclined to leave the current version in place unless
there still are significant problems with it- if you still find any,
please let us know.
