The Netscape wrapper script may on occasion run nslock.

If Netscape is given a -display argument, nslock does not respect it.

For instance, in an xterm with DISPLAY set to :0.0, I ran

	/mit/infoagents/bin/netscape -display :0.1

However I received the Netscape window on :0.1 and the nslock window
on :0.0.

Yonah seems to think this is a bug. I'm not sure, but the only reason
I could offer why it might not be is that it might be hard to fix :-(
