It looks like this message was stuck on the workstation rather
than in the mailhub/PO system. Is this fix being propagated
any time soon? For some reason quick stations became a higher
priority than people losing mail...?!

Hello,
I've noticed some late deliveries of email in the past, where an email
would arrive a few days after it was sent, or where I'd send someone email
and they'd get it two weeks later. I've heard similar reports from friends
at MIT. But today, March 4, I received the following:
------------
Received: from SOUTH-STATION-ANNEX.MIT.EDU by po7.MIT.EDU (5.61/4.7) id AA27852; Tue, 4 Mar 97 04:03:31 EST
Received: from SUM-3.MIT.EDU by MIT.EDU with SMTP

2 1/2 months late seems a bit excessive.
Do you know if this problem is being worked on? If so, do you expect
it will be resolved soon? If not, I would greatly appreciate if you
could look into it
Thank you very much,
Jay Rifkin (jirifkin@mit.edu)
