Hi Jake,
The sun license server runs on three servers in a quorum mode. After
yesterdays network glitch, only two on the three servers were talking to
each other. (Yet another reason to get out of quorum mode, I guess.)
For some reason, this resulted in the slowness you saw. I restarted the
license server and all is well and fast again.
