Yesterday (12/30/96) at around 5PM, the network burped and ever since that
time, accessing suncc and dbx in the sunsoft locker is tediously slow. At
one time during the network burp, the license server error appeared on my
xterm. From this particular machine, loading a small program via dbx takes
approximately 2:03 minutes.
