This is a problem on dialup machines that we don't really know how to
fix; ktkohl was probably logged out by gunner (that is, due to being
90 minutes idle) and his zwgc process killed with the SIGKILL signal
(not giving it a chance to clean up), and when you logged in and ran
zwgc, you got the same port number.
Yes, I agree that it's disturbing, but it's pretty rare.
