The workaround is to do:
setenv OPENWINHOME /usr/openwin
before running xmitdir. XFILESEARCHPATH doesn't appear to be enough
for toolkit programs to locate XKeysymDB.
I need to discuss this with Craig, but we'll probably need to add that
setting to the global cshrc.
