What's wrong:
As far as I can tell, the man page for tcsh on the VAX packs
mentions nothing at all about the new tcsh features. It's correct on
the RT. I don't know if this has been reported yet, but since the
urvd shouldn't have changed between 6.0C and 6.0R I assume that the
problem has been around since 6.0C.
What should have happened:
The man pages should be identical.
