What were you trying to do?
I was updating a web page, and then trying to reload the page in netscape
to see what the changes looked like.

What's wrong:
Netscape keeps reloading the old version of the web page from its disk
cache. The reason is: I saved the new version of the web page at time=14:52.
But when the web page is brought up and the document info is viewed I see that
netscape has cached the file with time=15:52, a whole hour fast. So now
even when I change the web page and try to reload it, netscape compares the
times, and thinks that netscape's cached version is newer since it has a
more recent time, and keeps loading that cached version.

What should have happened:
Everytime I update my page and click on reload, netscape should load the
updated file and not the old one from the disk cache.
