No, this isn't a moira issue. Marc sends this request in to us 2-3 times a
year and we usually ignore him. We have made some attempts at leaping
forward to a version of sendmail less than ten years out of date where we
can address some new fangled features, but there just hasn't been critical
mass behind it. If marc can figure out a way to make our current version do
this, we'd welcome the change. I hear he has more free time on his hands
these days.
