I would love to fix this but unfortunately I cannot do so, at least not
in Frame 4.0. It is fixed in Frame 5.0, but version 4 refuses to co-operate.
Basically, when you print a file smaller than 1 meg, it spools the temporary
file to /tmp. (I tried to redirect it to /usr/tmp to no avail.) When
you print a file larger than 1 meg, it spools the temporary file to $HOME.
So, in order to print a large file, you might have to do something like this:
athena% (setenv HOME /usr/tmp; maker &)
As I indicated above, this has been fixed in the next version of frame which
we hope to have available later this spring.
