It's this line in your .netscape-preferences file:
MAILHOST: localhost
You can edit that, or remove your .netscape-preferences file and run
netscape again. Probably, the first time you ever ran netscape was from
someplace other than infoagents.
To preserve personal customizations, netscape-fix does not fix every
possible thing that might be broken in your preferences file.
