Solaris Netscape from infoagents won't email for me.

Whenever I try to post mail from inside Netscape on my Solaris Sun (that
I obtain from the infoagents locker) I get the error message:
Netscape's network connection was refused by the server:
localhost
The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy.
Try connection again later.

What can be done to make it possible for Netscape to post mail from my Sun?
