Howdy!
The registration program forces users to select a _ instead of a - when
choosing a username.
Moira, according to dkk, views _ as a wildcard.
Therefor, when we try to look up a username with a _ in it, it
hoses moira (this time for 5-10 minutes).
Apparently _ is a wildcard in Ingress.
dkk apparenlty has a plan, so you might want to check with him...
