After talking to the user, I believe it to be the lynx in
the outland, not the infoagents locker. However, this could 
also affect your version, so I'm forwarding this here.

This was run on a Decstation 5000/25 (venus.mit.edu)

	There seems to be a bug in the lynx program that causes the program
not to die if the user logs out and accidentally leaves it running.  This
mainly occurs on DEC 5000's.  I really don't know anything more about the 
problem than that.  Thanks.
