This sounded familiar. I found reference to it in the rs6k discuss
meeting, first at transaction 79. In transaction 82, Sam says, with
respect to this:

> /afs/.dev/system/rs_aix32/aix325/usr/lpp/bos/inst_root/etc/security
Checking to see if this was done, I find:
> cd /afs/.dev/system/rs_aix32/aix325
> ls -l sysck.cfg.new usr/lpp/bos/inst_root/etc/security/sysck.cfg
> -rw-r----- 1 8042 sys 75902 Feb 26 01:38 sysck.cfg.new
> -rw-r----- 1 80176 sys 78255 Feb 24 20:31 usr/lpp/bos/inst_root/etc/security/sysck.cfg
But I don't know if this turned out to be the right thing or not
anyway.
I believe I updated a 220 in the test cluster and it did not have the
problem with these files; I haven't been able to look at panic yet. So
I don't know the scope of this problem.
