At the time, I fixed everything in sysck.cfg, and the .new file was not
valid. Maybe there were other things that were missed. Someone should
run 'sysck -n inventory' and see what turns up. The problem was
something like the root checksums not having been updated, which I
thought I had corrected (I think it was due to the root not having been
updated on the packs).
So, check before blindly moving it.
