If you note, the system claims to have a partial update. This
basically means that the workstation started an update, but never
finished it, (it probably rebooted in the middle of the process for
some reason). Anyhow this machine should be re-installed, and this is
almost undoubtedly the reason you were having a problem.
Hotline folks, can you re-load the software on this machine please?
