A user came into the sipb office, complaining that he had sent an
announcement to a bunch of mailing lists, and *none* of it had gotten
delivered (he was on several of the lists). One member of LIST:rocsa,
USER:chingte, apparently has set his forwarding address to
"meera.mit.edu". This causes EXPN and MAIL to give the errors above,
and no mail to be delivered.

This is very bad, and should be fixed.

I've set chingte's pobox back to his local poserver, PO7. So the
mailing lists should be back in service tomorrow. Someone should get in
contact with him and explain that's what we had to do, and what he did
wrong.
